Linda Hampton Norris. Helping Event Planners Design Successful Events.
Linda Hampton, CMP - is CEO and part owner of Norris Conference Centers, which began in Austin Texas in 1990.
Prior to her career with Norris, Linda spent a number of years planning and hosting numerous events during her employment with Prentiss Properties and the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Linda also spent three years as the Show Director for the Austin Boat Show.
Linda has been involved in various non-profit organizations over the years. Her most recent involvement includes serving on the Board of the Balcones Heights Convention and Visitors Bureau; a member of the Leadership
Council for the National Federation of Independent Businesses; Advisory Committee for Vintage Lakes Homeowners Association. Past President of Women’s Business Forum and various roles, including Past President of Meeting Professionals International – Houston Area Chapter. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Houston West Chamber of Commerce and serves as President in 2022-2023.
