One Hour Seminar

Designed to provide a reminder for experienced event planners and basic insight for beginners on the four basic elements of event planning:

  1. Selecting the appropriate venue
  2. Negotiating pricing and contract specifics
  3. Arranging the necessary event services
  4. Planning the overall event

Participants leave with a base working knowledge of all aspects of what goes into planning a meeting or event.

This program has been approved in the past for 1 CEU.

Flat Speakers Fee, plus travel expenses

Four Hour Seminar

Dives into all four aspects of event planning including Selecting the appropriate venue and what to take into consideration; Negotiating pricing and contract specifics; Arranging the necessary event services from A/V to food and beverage selections; Planning the overall event from conception, execution, and post event follow-up. Participants will engage in round table discussions. Also provided are worksheets and trade tips to ensure an impressive and successful event.

All participants leave with a complimentary copy of "Meetings are a SNAP" handbook that includes worksheets, checklists, and other event planning insights.

This program has been approved in the past for 4 CEU's.

Priced on a per attendees' basis, plus travel expenses (Minimum 10 attendees)

Six Hour Bootcamp

A more in-depth conversation and round table activities and discussions regarding event planning. In this bootcamp, participants get hands-on experience and insight as we mix things up and start with a dialogue regarding event Planning from what to do first and why, to venue Selections and what to take into consideration when selecting a venue and room layouts, to in-depth trade tips for contract and price Negotiations and last, but not least, discussions regarding making all the Arrangements needed to secure all the little details for creating a seamlessly successful event.

All participants leave with a complimentary copy of "Meetings are a SNAP" handbook that includes worksheets, checklists, and other event planning insights.

This program has been approved in the past for 6 CEU's.
